Laravel Development Services

Every custom Laravel web application on this page started as somebody's expensive problem.

We are an in-house team of Laravel developers. We build custom web applications on Laravel and Vue 3, and we rebuild the ones that have stopped paying their way. Below is what was broken, what we built, and what changed afterwards. No feature lists, no stock photography.

Tell us what it is costing you, and we will price the fix

We are a Laravel development company with an in-house team and 24 years behind us. Send us the problem, not a specification. You get an architecture, a timeline and a fixed price back, free, with an NDA in place.

How we scope work

We start with the cost, not the technology

Nobody buys Laravel. They buy an end to a monthly cost, a delay, or a manual job nobody wants to do. Every Laravel development project on this page is written the same way, and every project we quote is scoped the same way.

01 · Problem

What the current situation costs in hours, salaries, lost renewals or missed opportunities. We write it down in your words before we write a line of code, because that is the number the project gets measured against.

02 · Solution

What we actually build: the modules, the database work, the integrations and the jobs that run on their own. Scoped, estimated and agreed in writing before Laravel development starts.

03 · Benefit

What changed once it went live, measured in the same terms as the problem. Revenue, hours saved, headcount not hired, renewals retained. If it cannot be measured, it was not worth building.

What you get

Find your situation, then read what changes

Six problems we are asked to fix most often. Each one is a Laravel development project we have already delivered, so the outcome is what actually happened, not a promise.

If this is you
What we build
What you get
If this is you

Your application is old, and every small change costs weeks and a specialist.

What we build

A staged migration to Laravel and Vue, module by module, with the data, the URLs and the search rankings carried across intact.

What you get

Features shipped in days instead of weeks, a smaller team to maintain it, and a platform any Laravel developer can pick up.

If this is you

Your team rebuilds the same reports and sends the same messages by hand every month.

What we build

Queued jobs and a cron scheduler: report generation, WhatsApp and email alerts, data syncs and automated filing that run without anyone starting them.

What you get

Hours back every month, nothing missed at month end, and capacity to take on more clients with the same team.

If this is you

Your data lives in five different tools, and nobody has the full picture.

What we build

One portal that connects to those tools by API and OAuth, pulls the numbers in, and lets your team act on them without leaving the screen.

What you get

One login, one dashboard, decisions made from live data, and the fix applied where the problem was spotted.

If this is you

Sign-ups, payments and access upgrades are still processed by a person.

What we build

Self-service registration with Razorpay, PayPal or Stripe, webhooks, invoices and retries, and access provisioned automatically the moment a payment clears.

What you get

Revenue collected overnight and at weekends, no manual activation queue, and renewal reminders that go out on their own.

If this is you

You only find out a customer was unhappy after they have gone.

What we build

A CRM module with AI-assisted threads that summarize each account's history and intent, plus registration and revenue tracking for management.

What you get

Support that arrives before the complaint, better renewal rates, and a management view of where revenue actually comes from.

If this is you

Records, approvals and requests still travel on paper, and get chased.

What we build

A role-based portal with one-time bulk import, self-service for the people who own the records, and approvals routed to the right person automatically.

What you get

Around half the admin load gone, a complete audit trail, and records that stay searchable as headcount grows.

RecycleInMe

B2B Marketplace · .NET to Laravel migration

A 23-year-old ASP.NET marketplace rebuilt on Laravel and Vue, and revenue up 250% after the move.

recycleinme.com
Laravel logoLaravel Vue.js logoVue 3 Microsoft SQL Server logoSQL Server Razorpay logoRazorpay PayPal logoPayPal WhatsApp API AI CRM threads Amazon Web Services logoAWS EC2

The problem

The marketplace ran on an aging ASP.NET Web Forms application that had become expensive to own and slow to change.

  • Business logic lived in page code-behind files with ViewState carrying state between postbacks, so a change on one screen could quietly break another.
  • Every member-requested feature needed a specialist and a long regression pass, so requests took weeks.
  • Keeping the site running took a larger team than it should have, with budget going into maintenance instead of new features.
  • Member sign-up, payment confirmation and access upgrades were all handled manually by staff.
  • The database had grown organically for years, and listings and reports slowed as the data grew.
  • Hiring for the stack, and upgrading it, got harder every year.

What we built

We migrated the entire platform to Laravel with a Vue front end, and rebuilt every manual process as part of the move.

  • Full migration to Laravel with a Vue 3 and Tailwind interface, moved module by module with the data and search rankings intact.
  • Database re-engineering: a normalized schema, proper indexing, and every change tracked in version-controlled migrations.
  • A CRM module for sales and support, with AI-assisted member threads that summarize a member's history and intent.
  • Self-service member registration, replacing manual onboarding.
  • Razorpay and PayPal integration that provisions and upgrades member access automatically the moment a payment clears.
  • Registration and revenue tracker dashboards for management.
  • WhatsApp API integration in Laravel: queued jobs and a cron scheduler pushing offer alerts to matched members, plus automated renewal reminders.

What changed

Same business, a completely different machine underneath it.

  • Laravel performance optimization carried through the rebuild: page speed, traffic and concurrent-user handling all improved after the migration.
  • New features and new technology now go in without a rewrite, in days rather than weeks.
  • A smaller team keeps it running, so spend moved from maintenance to growth.
  • AI analysis of member activity shows what a member needs before they ask.
  • Automated WhatsApp notifications improved membership renewal rates.

EzyPMS

Agency Operations SaaS · Google Ads

Google Ads work moved out of the native dashboard into one portal, and team productivity up 300%.

ezypms.agency
Laravel logoLaravel Vue.js logoVue 3 MySQL logoMySQL Google Ads API + MCC Verified OAuth consent Gemini API Claude API Cron & queues

The problem

Everything ran through the official Google Ads dashboard, one account at a time.

  • Real campaign data had to be opened and read account by account, every day.
  • Managing several client accounts meant switching context all day, so the work that actually improves performance kept getting interrupted.
  • Search-term review was manual: export, judge each term by eye, then go back into the account to add the negatives.
  • Monthly client reports were assembled by hand in external tools, taking hours per account, every month.
  • The time cost put a hard ceiling on how many clients the team could take on, and it showed in company productivity.

What we built

A Laravel and Vue operations portal that connects straight to the accounts and does the repetitive part.

  • Google Ads API integration in Laravel, behind a Google-verified OAuth consent screen, so managers connect their own MCC and client accounts securely.
  • Live Google Ads data pulled into the portal: account overview, ads monitor, performance summary and Google recommendations.
  • A scoring formula combined with Gemini analysis lists candidate negative and positive search terms, checked against that account's real performance.
  • Terms are marked inside the portal and written straight back to the account through the Google Ads API.
  • A Laravel report generator producing reports in each client's required format with a single click.
  • Cron-driven jobs generate the monthly reports on schedule, then an automated routine files them into a structured local folder tree.
  • Task boards, calendar and productivity monitoring across four user roles, so delivery and PPC work sit in one place.

What changed

The analysis arrives finished. The team makes the decision, the portal does the rest.

  • Negative and positive term candidates are listed automatically, so the only job left is to review them and add them to the right list.
  • Client reports are one click when they are needed, and already filed locally when they are not.
  • Every connected account is readable from one screen instead of a dozen browser tabs.
  • The same team now handles additional clients at the same time, without additional hours.

H2Fi

SEO Tooling SaaS · Lead generation

Five Google properties and two crawlers, replaced by one screen and a URL box, and every audit becomes a conversation.

h2fi.com
Laravel logoLaravel Vue.js logoVue 3 MySQL logoMySQL Google Cloud OAuth GSC · GA · GBP AI analysis Automated campaigns

The problem

There was no single place to see how a website and its business listing were actually doing.

  • Checking one site meant opening Search Console, Analytics and Business Profile separately, then running on-page and technical checks in other tools again.
  • Each property has its own login, its own layout and its own export format.
  • Nothing joined the numbers together, so every audit was assembled by hand, from scratch.
  • A business owner without an SEO team had no practical way to see any of it.

What we built

A Laravel and Vue web application that handles all of those services in one place.

  • Google Cloud OAuth: a user connects Search Console, Analytics and Business Profile in a single click, without sharing passwords.
  • On-page and technical SEO audits that run from a URL alone, with no account and no setup.
  • Business Profile management inside the tool, including replying to reviews without leaving the screen.
  • AI-generated analysis that turns raw metrics into findings a non-specialist can act on.
  • Automated email campaigns that send each user their reports and tool history on a schedule.

What changed

One screen for everything, and a free tool that keeps working as a channel long after the visit.

  • Users see GSC, GA and GBP data together, and act on it, review replies included, from the same place.
  • Anyone can check a site's performance by pasting the URL and clicking once.
  • Report emails keep the conversation open, so users come back and connect with our other services.
  • The tool suite now produces a steady stream of qualified inquiries rather than one-off visits.

HRMS

Internal HR Platform · New build

Employee records and leave requests off paper and into a portal, and HR administrative workload down 50%.

Laravel logoLaravel Vue.js logoVue 3 Tailwind CSS logoTailwind MySQL logoMySQL Role-based access Bulk staff import

The problem

Employee details and daily logs were kept in manual documents, and every request traveled on paper.

  • Staff records, attendance logs and documents were maintained by hand, taking a large part of the HR team's week.
  • Leave and permission requests were written, carried, signed and filed, then chased when they went missing.
  • Answering "how much leave do I have left?" meant someone had to search through the files.
  • The admin load grew with every new hire, and paper records are easy to lose and impossible to audit.

What we built

A Laravel and Vue HRMS portal, loaded once and run from the browser after that.

  • One-time bulk upload of all staff details into a structured database.
  • Employee records, attendance logs and documents managed entirely inside the application.
  • Self-service for employees: their own records, logs and balances, visible without asking anyone.
  • Leave and permission requests raised in the portal and routed to the right approver, with the decision recorded against the request.
  • Role-based access, so an employee, a manager and HR each see exactly what they should.

What changed

The paperwork disappeared, and with it most of the administrative work around it.

  • HR administrative work reduced by around half, freeing the team for work that actually needs a person.
  • Employees check their own office records and logs instead of asking HR.
  • Applying for leave or permission takes seconds and leaves a complete audit trail.
  • Records stay accurate and searchable as the company grows.

T-VETRA

Government · Law enforcement

A district's recovered-vehicle register, searchable in seconds from a phone instead of station by station.

Open the T-VETRA portal
Laravel logoLaravel Vue.js logoVue 3 MySQL logoMySQL SMS OTP verification Role-based records Govt. of India guidance

The problem

Recovered and impounded vehicles were recorded station by station, with no way for the public to check.

  • Each station kept its own register, so a vehicle recovered one station over was effectively invisible.
  • A citizen whose vehicle was stolen had to travel between stations and ask in person.
  • Officers had no district-wide view when matching a recovered vehicle to a report.
  • Paper registers are slow to search, easy to damage and impossible to audit.
  • There was no way to verify that the person asking about a record had any right to see it.

What we built

A Laravel and Vue platform for the department, built to follow Government of India application guidance.

  • Station registration using department-issued credentials, with logins scoped to that station.
  • Officer workflows for logging recovered and impounded vehicles in a couple of minutes.
  • Public search by chassis, engine or registration number, gated behind SMS OTP verification.
  • Station dashboards and role-based record access across the whole district.
  • An accessible, plainly structured interface that works on a low-end phone.

What changed

One district-wide register, open to the public but only to a verified requester.

  • The public checks custody status from a phone instead of traveling between stations.
  • Every station's records are searchable district-wide from one place.
  • OTP verification and role scoping mean a record is only ever shown to someone entitled to see it.
  • The department has an auditable digital register in place of paper.

ROASLYZ

Ad Analytics SaaS · Subscriptions

See the wasted ad spend and fix it on the same screen, before the month closes.

roaslyz.com
Laravel logoLaravel Vue.js logoVue 3 MySQL logoMySQL Google Ads API Scheduled syncs Subscription billing

The problem

Advertisers running several Google Ads accounts could only ever look at one of them at a time.

  • The native interface shows a single account, so there is no combined view of spend and return.
  • Pacing spend against budget meant exporting numbers into a spreadsheet, week after week.
  • Acting on a wasted search term meant leaving the report, opening the account and adding the negative by hand.
  • By the time an overspend appeared in a monthly report, the money had already gone.

What we built

A centralized Laravel and Vue analytics platform that also writes changes back.

  • Multi-account connection and management through the Google Ads API.
  • A metrics overview covering spend, ROAS and projected spend against the set budget.
  • Negative and positive keywords applied from inside the platform and written back to the account through the API.
  • Scheduled syncs keep metrics current in the local database, so dashboards never wait on a live API call.
  • Subscription tiers with a free-trial registration flow and gateway billing.

What changed

The problem and the fix finally live on the same screen.

  • Every connected account is visible on one dashboard, with spend and ROAS side by side.
  • Projected overspend shows up before month end, while it can still be acted on.
  • Optimizations are applied where they are spotted, with no export, no tab switching and no re-keying.
  • Dashboards open instantly because the data is already local.

What we do

The Laravel development work behind those results

Every capability below is part of our Laravel web application development services, and every one appears in at least one of the case studies above. Nothing here is theoretical.

Legacy migration and rescue

ASP.NET and aging PHP applications moved to Laravel with the data, the URLs and the rankings intact, module by module rather than big-bang.

Custom web application development

Marketplaces, SaaS products, CRM, HR, project management and government record systems, built with Laravel and Vue 3 and modeled on how your organization actually works.

Database engineering

Schema design, migration from legacy structures, indexing and query tuning on MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server as data grows into the millions of rows.

Payments that provision access

Razorpay and PayPal in production: memberships, plans, upgrades, webhooks, retries and refunds, with access granted automatically on payment.

Automation that removes jobs

Queued jobs and cron schedules for WhatsApp and email alerts, monthly report generation, automated filing and recurring data syncs.

AI wired into real workflows

Gemini for search-term analysis judged against live account data, Claude for written reports from raw exports, and AI-assisted CRM threads.

Technology

The same Laravel toolchain on every project

We do not change stack per client. Knowledge compounds across every Laravel development project, and the team that fixes your application at 2 a.m. has seen it before.

Backend

The application core and everything that runs on the server. This is where Laravel PHP development and REST API development actually happen.

Frontend

What your users actually touch. Laravel Vue 3 development, built as components rather than pages.

FAQ

Questions we get before a project starts

Open as many as you like — they stay open.

We build custom web applications rather than brochure sites: B2B marketplaces, SaaS platforms, client portals, CRM and project management systems, HR platforms, analytics dashboards, membership and subscription products, and government record-management applications. Every one is a web application using the Laravel framework with a Vue 3 front end. Five of the six above are public sites you can open right now; the sixth is an internal HR platform.

Yes. We migrated a 23-year-old ASP.NET marketplace to Laravel and Vue without losing data or search rankings, and rebuilt the manual parts of the business into the new application at the same time. A migration starts with an audit of the existing code, database and server, followed by a written plan covering data migration, URL and SEO continuity, and the order in which modules move.

Laravel handles authentication, authorization, queues, scheduling, APIs and data integrity on the server. Vue gives users an interactive interface for dashboards, filters, charts and multi-step flows without full page reloads. Tailwind keeps the interface consistent and quick to extend. Together they let one team ship a complete product instead of stitching separate front-end and back-end projects together.

Yes. Most of our Laravel applications run on MySQL, and we also run production Laravel applications on Microsoft SQL Server where a client's existing data or hosting estate requires it. We handle migrations, indexing, query tuning and reporting views on both.

Yes. We have shipped Razorpay and PayPal in production for membership, subscription and one-off purchase flows, including plan upgrades, invoices, webhook handling, payment retries and failure states. On RecycleInMe a successful payment provisions and upgrades the member's access automatically, with no staff involvement.

Yes, and it is one of the things we do most. We build queued Laravel jobs driven by a server-side cron scheduler for WhatsApp and email offer alerts to matched members, scheduled monthly client report generation, automated report retrieval from the server into a structured local folder tree, and recurring email campaigns that send users their reports and activity history.

Yes. We have integrated the Gemini API for AI-assisted Google Ads search term analysis, the Claude API to turn raw change-history CSV exports into client-ready written reports, and AI-assisted member threads inside a CRM so a support team can see what a member needs before they ask. AI goes in where it saves a team real hours, not as decoration.

Google Ads API including MCC account linking, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Cloud OAuth, Razorpay, PayPal, WhatsApp messaging, transactional email and SMS OTP verification. Our Laravel API architecture keeps each provider in its own service class with token refresh, rate limiting and retries handled once, so a provider can be swapped without touching the rest of the application. Where an API is new to us, we prototype the integration before committing to a delivery estimate.

Yes. We deploy and run Laravel applications on AWS EC2, including web server and PHP configuration, SSL, environment management, queue workers, cron scheduling, storage, backups, log monitoring and deployment routines. We can work in your cloud account or manage the environment for you.

Yes. We audit the codebase, database, dependencies and server setup first, then give you a written summary of risks, upgrade paths and quick wins before any code changes. We regularly take over projects that were started elsewhere, including upgrades from older Laravel versions.

Laravel development pricing depends on scope. A defined module or integration can be quoted as a fixed price, while an evolving product or a migration is usually better suited to a monthly dedicated-team arrangement. Contact us and we will scope it and quote it for free.

You do, from day one. The repository, the AWS account, the domain, the database and every credential stay in your name. We hand over documented code, migrations and environment notes, so you are never dependent on us to keep the product running or to move it elsewhere.

Laravel provides strong foundations: hashed credentials, CSRF protection, prepared statements through Eloquent, request validation, signed URLs and policy-based authorization. We build on those with role-based access control, rate limiting, OTP verification where public data is exposed, audit-friendly record access, dependency updates and server hardening.

Yes. T-VETRA, above, is a district police vehicle tracking and recovery platform built to follow Government of India application guidance, covering department-issued credentials, role-based record access, OTP-verified public search and an accessible, plainly structured interface.

Yes. Ongoing support covers Laravel and dependency upgrades, security patches, queue and scheduler monitoring, performance and query tuning, new feature development, bug fixes, API changes forced by third-party providers, and infrastructure changes as usage grows.

We are happy to sign an NDA before discussing anything sensitive. On timing, you get a written estimate before any Laravel development work starts. As a rough guide, a defined module or integration is two to six weeks, a first release of a new product three to five months, and a large multi-role platform or full migration runs longer and is best delivered in stages.
