Can SubmitInMe fix my Amazon advertising?
We can fix problems caused by campaign structure, targeting, search terms, bids, budgets, placements, and preventable retail blockers. The first job is to find where performance breaks. If the product economics, demand, eligibility, or stock position cannot support advertising, we will say so before recommending more spend.
What do you change when ads spend money but generate too few orders?
We separate spend by search term, target, advertised product, and placement. Wasteful traffic can be excluded or bid down, campaigns that produce orders can be protected from budget loss, and relevant clicks that fail to convert trigger a check of the offer, stock, price, and product page.
Can you reduce a high ACoS without cutting sales?
That is the aim when the account evidence supports it, but the lowest ACoS is not automatically the right result. We set an advertising cost of sales target against margin and campaign purpose, remove unproductive spend first, and avoid starving search terms and products that are producing profitable orders.
What if my ads get clicks but the product does not sell?
A bid change will not fix every conversion problem. We check whether the search term matches the product, the offer is competitive, the item is in stock, the Featured Offer is eligible, and the product page supports the promise made by the ad. Campaign changes and product-page recommendations are then separated so the right issue is addressed.
Does Featured Offer (Buy Box) setup come before campaign management?
Yes, for Sponsored Products. The advertised offer must be eligible before those campaigns can run. We work with your team on pricing, fulfillment, stock, listing health, and account readiness, and coordinate with Amazon support when an account-side issue needs investigation. Amazon makes the final Featured Offer decision.
Will you rebuild my campaigns or work with what is already there?
Useful campaign history is not discarded for the sake of a cleaner account. We keep structures that provide control and reliable data, repair what can be repaired, and rebuild only where mixed targeting, duplication, or poor segmentation prevents sensible bid and budget decisions.
Which Amazon ad formats can you manage?
Management can cover Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display ads (formerly Sponsored Display), video ads, Streaming TV, and Amazon DSP when the account, products, creative, marketplace, and budget meet the relevant requirements. The recommended mix depends on whether the immediate job is to capture demand, defend product detail pages, build consideration, or reach audiences beyond active searches.
How do you decide which campaigns receive more budget?
Budget follows the agreed business goal, not spend volume alone. We compare orders, conversion, ACoS, margin, inventory, placement performance, and the role of the campaign. A proven campaign losing sales because it runs out of budget is treated differently from a campaign spending freely without orders.
Do you need my Seller Central password?
No. We request only the advertising or catalog permissions required for the approved work through Amazon's account-permission system. Never send a personal Seller Central password.
How are Amazon ad spend and management fees charged?
Advertising spend is paid directly to Amazon. SubmitInMe's management fee is separate and depends on the number of products, marketplaces, ad formats, account complexity, and agreed scope. The quote states what is included before management begins.
Can you guarantee a lower ACoS or more sales?
No. Results also depend on price, margin, demand, competition, stock, offer eligibility, product-page conversion, and account history. We can be accountable for the decisions and campaign work within our control, but we do not promise an outcome Amazon shoppers and the marketplace ultimately determine.
Are product-page and catalog changes included?
Campaign management includes identifying product-page or catalog issues that interfere with conversion. Hands-on copy, image, catalog, or Brand Store work is included only when it is named in the engagement scope; otherwise, you receive the issue and recommended next action.
Can you manage Amazon Ads behind my agency brand?
Yes. White-label campaign management can be scoped under NDA, with branded reporting, access rules, approval points, and client communication responsibilities agreed before work starts.
