Our SEO and digital marketing services are delivered on an “as is” basis. Given how quickly search engines, algorithms, and the web at large change, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or outcomes.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying all information, recommendations, and reports we share before acting on them. We’re not liable for decisions made solely on data we provide without that verification.

Our services, reports, and communications may reference or link to third-party websites and content. We don’t control, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or practices of any third-party site or service.

Our services may not be used for black-hat SEO tactics, spamming, or any activity that violates search engine guidelines or applicable law. Any misuse may result in immediate termination of service.

Access to our systems, dashboards, and tools is permitted only through the standard, authorized channels we provide. Attempting to access our infrastructure through any unauthorized means is strictly prohibited.

Clients may not use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to query, extract, or interact with our databases and systems without our prior written consent.

Clients may not manipulate their website, or ours, through custom code, scripts, or non-standard methods that interfere with the intended function of the services or systems we manage.

We deliver every service on a best-efforts basis, applying our expertise and industry knowledge. Because SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control — including search engine algorithm changes — we can’t promise specific results.

We’re not responsible for delays or failures in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure or network failures, and other force majeure events.

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or cancel services if a client violates these terms, or if their actions could reasonably harm our reputation, business interests, or other clients.

If a client breaches these terms, they’re responsible for covering any costs we incur while investigating the breach and addressing its consequences.

If services are cancelled due to a breach, the client must immediately stop using any data or materials sourced from us, delete all copies in their possession, and remove the information from their own networks and systems.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and in our deliverables remain the sole property of SubmitInMe unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By engaging our services, clients acknowledge that they’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
