Sureksha Gunaseelan Suji

Hey, I'm Sue. I spent my childhood in India and moved to Cambridge for my bachelor's in AI. I'm keen on tech and business, having grown up around people who lived and breathed tech. In the UK, I had opportunities to get out and live independently, learn more about different people and their perspectives, and, very importantly, about ethical technology. I also love marketing, so I worked in sales during my studies in the UK. This helped me meet people of different ages and understand customer perspectives. More than hitting my sales target, I was more focused on helping customers find the best product by actually analyzing what they needed. This is exactly why I'm working as a project coordinator at SubmitINme, because I love interacting with clients and getting them what they actually want, rather than just selling to them. So, in a nutshell, I love tech, ethical tech, consumer psychology, and business. I'm a strong believer in feminism, and I'm happy to contribute as a woman in STEM. I also love music and movies; whether I'm watching a film or listening to a song, I like picking apart the lyrics and decoding what they actually mean. I don't have any long-term plans at the moment. I'd just rather touch grass and see where life takes me.
