Will my ideas be implemented if instructed?

Can I supply stock images or my own real life images for the video?

Yes, you can supply the images and we'll be happy to use it for your videos. You can provide it in the Required Data Form (RDF) which we send to you before project execution.

Do you have Voice Artists available?

No, but we have Native speakers from US, UK, Canada, Australia, and much more suiting to your preferences.

Do you keep a backup of my video files?

Yes, Up to 6 Months we do keep a backup of your files and will provide it to you and it's totally FREE.

How do we communicate with each other about the project?

Once the project is initiated you can communicate and share your views in the Project Dashboard where you will have direct access to the team members working on your project. There will be a Dedicated Manager to assist your needs.

Can I request changes if I wish to?

Yes, you can request for changes, if any. We'll however be sending the video to you for your approval before making the final delivery.

What is the duration of the videos?

We create videos starting from 45 seconds to 90 seconds depending on the package you choose. However, the trend has now shifted to shorter videos due to platforms like Vine and Instagram. Hence, more emphasis is given to those.

How long does it take to deliver a video?

It usually takes 3 days to 2 weeks depending on the package to deliver a video. It also varies depending upon your response time (for reviews and approvals) and request for change.

Where can I Publish my video?

You can upload your video on top video sharing sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, Vine, etc. However, if you require assistance, we can do that for you at an added price. You can choose an Add-on Pack in our Price List while you place an order.

If I am to opt for Publication task, what is required from me?

We will send you a Required Data Form (RDF) where you'll have to fill up all the basic info about yourself and your business. So, that way we can create and customize accounts on Top Display Networks.
