Collect Feedbacks Through Consumer Surveys and Value Your Website

A new feature has been introduced by google for webmasters, to calculate their Website Satisfaction, based on survey from customers. It is reported in Google Consumer Surveys Google Plus Profile as,

Collecting user feedback has been an expensive and time-consuming process, but now you can hear from your site visitors for free using Google Consumer Surveys

This free survey helps webmasters to understand what customers think of their website, with a simple feedback collected from the customers. The process is very simple . Just paste a small snippet code on the HTML of your website. This will load a discreet satisfaction survey in the lower right hand corner of your website. Once the loading begins, google automatically analyzes the responses from the customers, and the results will be immediately provided to the webmaster through an online interface.

Four-question Survey

Users or the Customers who visit the website will be asked to answer a four-question survey. If the customer skip the survey, it will pop up again after certain number of page views, based on the survey frequency set by the webmaster. This survey will be running until google collects 500 such feedbacks(monthly).  These feedbacks will be immediately reported to the webmaster's email and once all these 500 responses or feedbacks has been received, google stops tracking feedbacks and with again 30 days of time span google again starts tracking the responses.  As of now this feature is limited to US English visitors on non-mobile devices.

Note:"The default questions are free and you can customize questions for just $0.01 per response or $5.00 for 500 responses.”
